I usually don't wear make up unless I'm attending parties or outings. (or when I feel I wan to pamper myself)

  • Public Enemies

My computer was down for two days so I was unable to blog. Even if it goody fine, I am currently busy and will be for the entire next few weeks. However I thought it would be okay to at least keep my xanga active.

    And,

How Can I Not Blog when there are so many great movies coming up? Here. Check it out and you will drop your jaws. (well, I dropped mine though and its still down : p)

The next movie I am looking forward to is Public Enemies. Yes. Musuh Awam (bm translation for the name).

    public-enemies-poster1

This movie is directed by Michael Mann. Sounds familiar? (The one who produced Hancock, The Insider, The Kingdom etc). This time, we do have thrills running down our spine. Who thinks Johnny Depp acting and personality is great to max? Who feels that Christian Bale is the hot hot guy next door? Who dreamt that Marion Cotillard will be you sexiest BFF? I couldn't wait any longer for cooperation of great actors working under a superb director. And Now, we have them all 3 together!

Movie genre: Crime, investigation, action, thriller.

    Now in cinemas!

p.s. As I was browsing for Christian Bale's picture, I saw a panoramal image which immediately reminds me of REC the movie / Quaratine. Sometimes, we never know how far these celebrities will go to in order to produce a great piece for us. So, never critic and movies. Be happy that you have the chance to watch one

    So... What do you say?

  • Rise of the Cobra

I am waiting for so many movies to be release.
One of them will be G.I. Joe; Rise of the Cobra.
The reason to this is because it is directed by one of my favourite director, Stephen Sommers.(the one who made The Mummy and Van Helsing).

    gijoeriseofcorbra1

    Looking forward to it.
                  Released date: 6th August 2009

Here's a preview of the movie. It feels so different from the comic. Cheers to Sommers!

  • Tong Hoi Seafood Restaurant

Located in a country club house, many passersby did not realize there is a fine place to dine in there. Not to mention that the price is worth but also exclusive service and environment. The place is called Tong Hoi Seafood Restaurant, located in the 1st floor of Lone Pine Country Club house. Food served: Non-halal.

The environment is definitely both great during day and night as they have swimming pool and play pool for the members. Karaoke, lounge, mahjoong rooms and other facilities are available as well. If I'm not mistaken, this is non-sports club but leisure for the publics.

This is the first and will always be my favourite dish in that restaurant. It is called as 'Ham yue fa lam pou' (translation: claypot stewed pork with salted fish). This is a must try! I give it 5/5

    tonghai 010
Kai Lan here is used to be deep fried. The result? Crispy and crunchy and it taste just like light snacks. (No reason for you child not to have it right?)

    tonghai 011
Our first time trying the Nyonya style fish. Not bad I would say. Sour and spicy enough.

    tonghai 015
Tried the claypot rice. Nothing special about this one.

    tonghai 017
    Fresh fruits after meal!
